Why Submit Early?
Early submission is intended for:
- Individuals seeking funding or travel support (from IIFET or other sources)
- Participants who may need additional time to secure a visa
- Best Student Paper Award participants*
Deadline for early abstracts: 31 December 2025
Acceptance notifications: 25 January 2026
If you do not need an early decision, you may submit during the regular abstract period.
*BSP Award applicants are not required to submit early, but it is recommended.
How to Submit
- Visit the abstract submission page.
- Returning users: Log in with your email and password.
- New users: Create a profile to access the submission form.
- Complete all required fields.
